CP 443-1 Advanced v2.4: INTF after restart

Nec Regular Member Joined: 5/21/2006 Last visit: 8/30/2024 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello! I have prtoblem with CP443-1 Advanced v2.4 (443-1EX40-0XE0). After restart in front panel lit "INTF" and "STOP". Same behavior with and without C-PLUG. CP is not accessible from SIMATIC Manager and Primary Setup Tool. I see the differences with behavior on cold restart: if mode selector in "Run" mode - led "INTF" and "STOP" lit immediately, if in "Stop" - first flashes "STOP" led in about 15 seconds. Yes, I have find it, Firmware Update V2.5 for CP443-1 Advanced you may do it by your self, disconnect the CP from the network and follow the description in the handbook very well. The firmware itself Firmware Update V2.5 for CP 443-1 Advanced (6GK7443-1EX40-0XE0). The handbook CP 443-1 Advanced for Industrial Ethernet / Manual Part B4Awith somewhere at the end the firmware update description. Hi, I forgot to say that it may help to load the firmware new, have you looked into the diagnostics of the CP?

But we return module by warranty. I think, that update software not find module, if is not connect by MAC-adress. Sorry for my English.
