WinCC Comfort PLC tags

Axel Foley Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, When I switch the PLC to run mode I get an error message on my HMI that there is a PLC tag error. The problem is I can't assign a PLC tag in WinCC Comfort. It's not possible to choose one or even to type in the correct adress of my Signal Module. When I type it in and press enter it is just gone. I am working with WinCC Comfort and S7-1200. The PLC is programmed with Simatic Step 7 Basic. How can I assign the PLC tag in WinCC Comfort that my HMI is able to read it? I tried with the Data Blocks, but still the same error message. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Axel Foley Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Ok I solved the problem, seems like there is no need for PLC tags. I rewrote the prgram and it worked with the right DB's. Nevertheless thank you very much!
