im station problem

dhinagaran Experienced Member Joined: 5/12/2011 Last visit: 8/21/2024 Posts: 78 Rating: (1)	hai, i went one service in 315 pn/dp i did not get original backup so i uploaded the program from cpu ,while uploading it showing error that i attached with this question. 2. in a station if one analog input is fault means it showing sf in IM module and in cpu bus fault now my doubt is other i/p's status will come to cpu or not. i tried with online digital input status also not coming(i changed bus cable, IM MODULE,BACK CONNECTOR,INPUT MODULE ) 3.in uploaded backup there are 0nly 3 stations but actually there is 6 stations and there is no any kind of error display in other stations and they healthy how it is? 4. faulty station not uploade and it in between first and lasdt node Attachment wrwe.JPG (268 Downloads)

M.HAMZA Regular Member Joined: 5/26/2008 Last visit: 11/1/2024 Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hi, ninad is right the program failed to upload to your PG. 1-Best way is to use MPI port of your CPU and try to upload the project. 2-Then open the HW config and view it ONLINE that will show you the status of the remote IOs/stations. 3- Since on remote IOs Analog module has SF maybe thats why there is an IO access error on the profibus, hence the Bus fault. Maybe if you have a similar module installed in any of the other stations try swaping it and see if the SF remains with the module. 4- If the SF remain with the module change it and I hope the bus fault goes away and all stations come online.
