FM352-5 MMC Error

The FM type is 6ES7 352 -5AH01-0AE0 and the MMC is 6ES7953-8LG20-0AA0 ,128KB. Now the problem is the FM module is giving the Internal error and Bad or Invalid MMC error ,but If Iam compile and downloading the program to FM module its working fine.at the same time whenever I was switch off and switch ON the supply of FM module then again the same error is coming. I was changed another MMC also but its not solved till the error is coming when I power off and ON the FM module . I was formatted the MMC using USB prommer and used the memory card again and compile downloded the program using s7 but till the the problem not solved. but this problem is only coming after the supply is off for FM module ,so I am confused please help me to solve this problem.
