Topic was posted in the "german" Forum [quote user="JesperMP"]Hi all. I want to work with two projects at the same time in order to cut-and-paste between the two. With Protool it was no problem to just open two projects at the same time. In Win CC Flexible only one project can be opened. I can then have several devices at the same time in one project. But I can only create a new device, I cannot import an existing device (an existing Protool or Win CC Flex project), at least I cannot find any function to achieve that. How can I work with two projects at the same time ? Or, alternatively, how can I import an existing project (device) into another project ? Thanks. |

Answering my own question: It is possible to open two instances of Win CC Flex. Opening one project in each instance allows you to cut-and-paste between the two projects. I have a 1 GB PC, and almost no resources are left when I do that, but it gets the job done. NB: I see that the moderator has moved this to here from the german forum. Hmmmm... So the new forum is segmented into languages ! It is allready segmented into products, which is not so smart if a question falls into several categories or outside the most typical categories. To segment it further into languages is a very very bad idea methinks. |

Thanks for replying to my complaints. Just to explain: Of course people may post in their native language. But that can be done in the same forum no need to split it up. Here is an example: Imagine a conference with people from many countries. Some will talk german between each other, and some will speak english between each other, but maybe an english speaking persons will like to listen to or talk to a german speaking person too. Somebody doesnt speak german, and somebody doesnt speak english, but thay can still be in the same room. Imagine if the conference organisers asked the english speaking people to gather in room 1, the german speaking people to gather in room 2, the french speaking in room 3 etc.. You get the idea :) |
