kid237 Posts: 158 Rating: (3)	Hi, I would like to knowis the FM350-2 Counter Module compatible with CPU315-2DP? I am using Step7 V5.3, CPU515-2DP and FM350-2 COUNTER MODULE, i have connected the counter module to a Rotary Encoder. This is the model number for the encoder : E100H35-1024-3-T-24. I am facing a couple difficulties to commssion the encorder. 1. I do not have the technical data for the counter module so I am not sure if I have connected the encoder correctly to the counter module. 2. I am using the sample program provided in the "Configurating Package for Counter Module FM350-2 V4.0 SP3" but do not understand why the Status Value in DB2.DBW46 keep increasing regardless to the rotating direction of the encoder, and the Status Value in DB2.DBW44 does not show any difference when the encoder is rotating. I hope i can get some assistance in this matter, and it will be helpfull if i could get an example ofthe parameter settings. thank you.
