Firstly sorry my bad english, I have a WinCC Connectivity pack license. I read the archive values from excel file. my problem is ,

Start Time : 2014-07-21 00:00:00

End Time : 2014-07-21 01:00:00 enter the this time, but real value ;

Start Time : 2014-07-21 03:00:00

End Time : 2014-07-21 04:00:00 3hrs later. How can Local time to UTC time conversation tihs vba code.
