Problem with communicating between 2 PLC S7 1200 !

Pittiplatsch Posts: 1368 Rating: (126)	So, i looked in you program You use memory %M20 twice... 1) in OB1 network 9 at NORM X 2) as REQ for TSEND_C Change the REQ bit to another memory!!! You use memory %M10 twice... 1) in OB1 network10 at Unscale as WORD 2) in OB1 network12 at MOVE as BYTE Change theRet_Val fromUnscale to another memory!!! Why you use a unspecified partner? Choose PLC2! LEN at TSEND_C must only be "0", if you use symbolic address! So...correct the mistakes and try again. Good luck!

I just want ..when I press I0.4 form PLC 1 (CPU 1214C) then Q0.0 PLC 2 (CPU 1215C) will "ON". I attach my file ...Please check for me to communicate between two PLC.... If I moved a value with #FF or 255 to IB0 of PLC1......then Q0.0 --> Q0.7 PLC 2 will "ON"... But when I dont move the value to IB0..I use the "start" button of PLC 1 (I0.4) the output of PLC 2 are not appear ! Thank you !

Pittiplatsch Posts: 1368 Rating: (126)	Hello, in network 4 (OB 1) of PLC 1 you overwrite your IB0 with QB0. Why? So I0.4 will not be true any more... Delete this network. Just Move IB0 -> MB10.
