set up linear scale to 810D power line

taerojjang Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	I had set up linear scale to 810D power line. but motor automatically rotated by itself very slowely. Any Idea for solving this problem? I already check speed and position control gain. that problem disappeared when I don't use linear scale. I attached my mechine setting file. Attachment configfile.zip (682 Downloads)

Pee Ell Sea Posts: 672 Rating: (57)	Hi, Not too sure what your configuration is. You must have the motor encoder connected at all times. You can use an additional fedback device for position loop feedback. The device must be configured in the axis machine data. The feedback device to be used can be selected in the plc. give me some more inforamtion and I may be able to help.
