Hello all, 

I'm working on CPU 416-3 PN/DP and CPU CPU 414-3 PN/DP the problem is:

I energized power module and both CPU are started, CPU 416 all time all LEDs stay light on and CPU 414 first 10 minutes STOP LED blinking 2Hz, after 10 minutes all LEDs start blinking 2Hz. 

I tried remove memory card and do memory reset, but this no any effect, nothing change when I turned MRES, everything stay same. 

Note: (Battery isn't inserted).

I am not sure , but it looks like that on both CPU's the switch is still in the stop position.

A bit more info on you configuration would be helpful too.

Hello legacy support, 

I tried switch mode to Run on both CPU, but situation is same. 

Also, I tried take out all other modules (only Power supply and CPU is on rack), but situation is same, all LEDs on CPU light up, MPI can't found CPU.

I´m afraid to say you, that I think your CPU is defective. See the manual, chapter 2.3, table on page 27:

Pins for additional DP card were distorted during assembly.
