yes you can, but is not simple!

You must create a new project with the S7-300 Copy you Programs from the IPC Project to the S7-300 project, configure the decebtral peripherie new.
If you have runing HMI like WinCC RT on the IPC then you must now change to a external Panel or other PC with HMI SW.

I think is better you look why you get the bluescreen an show if you can solve the problemn the IPC.

Other thing is that S7-300 have not the performance of the IPC.
