How i can replace the motherboard of the PC Panel ?? i replace it but the windows dose not start??

the system of the panel is Win NT4

from which PC we talk?
do you see BIOS Screen?

Have you used original Spare Part Motherboard for the PC or any other Motherboard ypu have found?

and yes I can see the BIOS screen

and after BIOS what is displayed?
Boot UP of WInXP and Then bluescreen/Reboot? -> check the AHCI settings in the BIOS or reinstall XP

Message that no boot device is found? -> Check the BIOS Settings that the system is started from the HDD.

Normaly with XP is no good idea to change the mainboard without Reinstall the System to a other Mainboard!

and After the system boot it show a blue screen 

and this massage
