Hi there,

We have an ongoing problem with our MP277. We use this panel to change recipes on our machine which requires a username and login to be entered to initiate the change. The issue we are having is that the username/login does not work from time to time, which can only be fixed by powering off the unit and re-starting. This is definately not a typing misstake from the operators as we have tried the login many times to no avail. My question is therefore is there any diagnostics in the panel which would provide more iformation on what the problem is? Do you think the device is simply faulty and needs to be replaced?

Any help would be appeciated.
