CU320-2 License inadequate

I have a Sinamics CU320-2 FW4.7.
More then 4 axes in vector are present, so I have a cf card : 6SL3054-0EH01-1BA0.
I supposed if this card is inserted in the CU, nothing should be done anymore about the licenses (
I only use basic safety integrated, no extended safety).
But I get a warning in starter : license key inadequate.

1)
Do I still need to enter the license key for the performance extension?
If so does this need to be done in par 9920 and 9921 in the control unit?
If so do I need get the key number from the internet, from the data that is written on the package of my cf-card?

Maybe all this is not necessary, but in case I would have a cf-card without performance extension, and bought afterwards a license for performance extension, what are the precise steps then to follow?

To be sure that a license is correctly installed/present, what is the best way to check this?
Can I see it in the parameter list of starter, or do I need to to open the key.text file on the cf-card?

I am having the same problem with cu320-2 dp (FW 4.6)

where READY led flashes red and green and alarm comes license not adequate.

but i have connected only 3 drives, 1 TM and 1 SLM to the CU all drives are vector.

what is the possible solution other then buying performance 1 license

also is there any supporting document available where we can conclude that with this configuration this alarm will come i need to provide it to customer. .

i have one more doubt. 

there are total 5 objects are on the CU.

but only 3 of them are drives,all my drives are in V/f mode.

3Nos of drives in v/f mode

1No of  SLM and 1No of TM15.

in the function manual it is said that we can take 6 V/f .

then why i am getting the error.
