I can not find a MAC Address and put a new IP address at the CU320 -2PN. All the Leds are in the same state and my ethernet link x127 blink normally. The others (x150) don't even turn on. I think I have the right Card. It is 6SL3054-0EH00-1BA0. So, do you have any idea about the problem? Thank you! Hello, the card is ok and can be used. But if you have a wrong FW on the card or no FW then you can get such problems. Check the data which stored on the card, here is a file content.txt which list the FW Version, which version do youi have? Can you exactly describe the LED states? Have you format the card with Windows or something? Regards Christoph

At the card I have the informations SW 4.7 HF16. Talking about the LED's... the RDY and COM are blinking in RED, I think in 2Hz. According with the manual it's a firmware problema, but the card is new, and I did not even access it.

In Windows Explorer got to the Drive an show which files on the card -> Screenshot In the File Content.txt on the card the exact FW Version listed -> attach this file here Which Ordernumer have the CU320 you use? But, weonly bought the drive with the card, and we did not change anything. We bought two drives with the cards and both have the same problem. Have you ever seen these cards with this kind of problem?
