Very sorry for my error.
The differential output from the CPU1217 is 1.5V
- - as also indicated in your own PDF.

I do not know how your J4 drive can be programmed.
From other drives I have worked with, the drive gives you too many pins to wire - the drive program decides what pins are used.

In the PDF image you are using too many wires.. you are wiring every possibility. Use only what you need.

Since the J4's also accept rs485/422, why not add a signal board for the 485/422 comms so you can get your feedback, and do setup as required, like ramp rate, speed setpoint (read/write), and be done with all this PWM/PTO line driver mess?

Yes. RS-422/485 communication can be used as option. 

But, I want to use technology object and plcopen function block. For this, I have to use PTO, right?

5V or 1.5 V isn't problem.

Line Driver is according RS422 normative. the important is the current flow.
