Dynamic Symbles

Dear All,

I am doing Project using Wincc 7.0 and Step S7 with PLC 315 to Monitor Water Pump Station.

1-In my PLC Project I have for Each Pump three bits OFF/ON/Trip

2-The  DB has created with this structure, but I dont know how to make dynamic symboles as of OFF (Pump Yellow), ON(Green),Trip(red with flashing)

3-in Wincc flexiable there is Graphic list I can do that but in Wincc HMI I dont know how to make it

Can you help me how to make the similar with Wincc HMI

it is easy to realize.

1. Put a pump object from the WinCC library in your picture
2. Open the "Object Properties"
3. Change through "SymbolLibrary > Control Properties"
4. Open the "Dynamic Dialog" for "Fore Color" (Double click on the bulb behind the text)
5. Change the "Data type" to "Bit"
6. Choose your Bit and set the Colors unter "Result of The Expression/Formula:"

As attachment you can see the a screenshot of the "Object Properties" and the window "Dynamic Dialog".

Thank You for your replay, I have followed the steps but i found problem with bit 

i can only use to status but I have for each pump three status OFF, ON,Trip 

do i need to create word status and gave it range because i got the attached message 

when i did with bit

Where did you get the Status? From the PLC? Or do you create the tag Status with a script?

I would use an analog tag (Byte) with different values

- Off = 0

- On = 1

- .... = 2

Why three tags for status? Create one Variable for each Status in the DB.

Pump1Status,Byte
Pump2Status,Byte
Pump3Status,Byte

...

Hello Ali

You can use Status Display object from the object pallet to monitor multiple statuses.Just need to create your desired states and then configure the Status Display object .
