I want to make a profisafe connection over wifi. When I build my netwerk with cables everything works fine. When I try it over wifi the F-CD connection drops incidentally and comes back. Every 2 seconds or so. I am using 2 CPU 1510SP F-1 PN with on one side a W788-1 scalance access point and on the otherend a W722-1 scalance client module. The wifi connection seems stable. Cause I can go online over wifi and can operate outputs via a hmi connection over wifi. I have tried to increase several watchdog timers to see if this solves the issue. But it does not solve anything nor does it worsen or better the situation When I look in the diagnostic log I get the messages seen in the diagnostics log. Is there anyone who has an idea how to solve this issue or have some pointers how to troubleshoot this? AttachmentDiagnostics.txt (267 Downloads) |

I am not sure what you mean there. I do not have a problem going online to the PLC's. This shows me how to go online on a PLC. |

Did you ever get this resolved, and if so, what was the issue? TIA CH |

Hello, Because of the time critical nature of Profisafe traffic, the use of the iPCF feature is the best way to ensure that requirement when using WiFi in the link. An example of configuring iPCF is described in this example |
