Setting interference @ 400Hz and using only 1 channel update time is 9 ms. Not even close to HS card on HF interface. And pls keep in mind, in worst case scenario, your measurement is 18 ms old. At best - 9ms. But you don't know exactly how old it is.

In case of synchronized PN (or DP) interface it's completely different story.

As per AI-HS manual , if am doing oversampling for 1 channel and disabling another I can get CH0 SUB-CYCLE1 to SUB-CYCLE16 AI values. Out if this 16 AI values, is there any trick to map with My required Signal ?

Ie is out of these set of 16 signals, which one i should consider for my comparison? 

If not, what is the use of this AI-HS ? Because we cannot plot this much fast data in our HMI/SCADA. Then how can we identify the AI value and its time stamp ..

How many samples/ms you need in fact?

I think you should use also overesampled DI or TM Timer module. Feed signal from TM Count to that. Than in OB 61 process both signals, i.e. your "gate" signal and analog.
