I have attached the engineering calculation details of the elevator for your reference i have used SLVC (P1300=20) as the control mode & have followed the procedure as mentioned in the FAQ of siemens support website. I have attached details of the same. i have used the following parameters & the values related to this control mode. P0625=33.5 P1472=35 P1496=100 P1511=2890 P0342=9 P2890=100.5 P1470=21 P1520=200.06 P1521= -200.06 P1610=200 P1611=100 P1745=5 P1755=4.8 P1310=100 P1311=0 P1312=0 P1215=1 P1216=1.7 P1217=1.7 P1236=0 P1237=4 P1240=0 P0346=2 P0344=120 P0701=0 P0702=0 P0731=52.D P0732=52.C P0733=0 P0601=1 After motor data identification P1910 = 1 & 3 , parameter r1787=0 the drive is operated by PLC on profibus. i have used a positive setpoint for hoisting the counterweight & negative setpoint to lower it. With these parameter settings,the motor drives the counterweight making a vibration sound. the motor doesnt operate smoothly. when the counterweight comes down the motor makes a light vibrating sound.If i try to optimise the parameters more,the operation becomes instable.the counterweight rolls back slowly when the command to hoist is given. i tried the flux current control method (P1300=1). But am not able to hold the counterweight i would like to know the following. 1) Is the motor selected suitable to hoist & lower the load? If not,what would be the suitable motor? 2) If the selected motor is suitable,then what would be the parameters i need to optimise? Or will any other control mode be suitable to make this lift work? please advise.
