You have made the same fault MD212 is a double integer and allocate 4 bytes in the memory:

MD210 is : MB 210  MB 211 MB 212 MB 213

the next free area willl start with MB214 so in your program make a revision to the all tags you have defined and do not over lab any tag. 

as example :

MD210 :Speed_Sec

MD214 :speed min 

MD218: rotation min 

MD222 :xxxx

Hello, maybe you forgot a zero in your calculation becouse the result seems to be correct but multiblied by 10. your result/10 is the correct answer

I saw that :D, but can be something with the time? I have introduced 1000 ms in OB, and divided with 1 in the formula.

Anyway thank a lot  for your help.

Maybe I will succeed in testing also with HSC_extended to see the differences.

I've got another issue, which I just discovered.

When I unplugged  my power supply for my PLC, and put it back on my HSC doesn't memorated the last value and it's starts again from zero.

Does someone know what should I activate or do to avoid this big issue?

Before using HSC I made the length measurement with the same PLC but with a normal CUD counter, after I plugged in the previous data was loaded.

What about HSC?

The Problem is, that you move the new cv1 in the same OB like the retain HSC1.

Please program the blocks of Network 2 and a Trigger for new_CV in CTRL_HSC in OB100 and try it again.

The OB100 is the Startup OB and will reload the HSC_CV in the start up cycle of the plc
