I want to measure time between 2 pulses and make a calculation with it.

The time between the pulses of a kWh-meter has to be measured, and the amount of milliseconds is used for calculation of power.

Example: time between 2 pulses is 900 milliseconds.

Calculated power is (3600 seconds * 1000) / 900 milliseconds = 4000 Watt.

How can I create a value in milliseconds and get it into a calculator?
