Climatix controller and Desigo software connection to IoT 2000/IoT2040

ysapiyev Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi everyone, I have a gateway IoT 2000 and I wanted to use it to transfer data from climatix controller to cloud. However, I couldn't find instructions or hints of how to do it. Can I use Desigo software to set message tags? Also, I plan to use IoT 2000 gateway to control climatix controller remotely. So, input commands for controller also can be set using Desigo? Looking forward to any material on this topic. Regards, Yerkhan

ysapiyev Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi. Climatix controller supports MODBUS and TCP/IP protocols. Also, it is written in documentation, it is possible to connect communication modules for BacNET. Regards, Yerkhan

There is also a node for bacnet communication We do not have any example for this kind of protocols. But if you search for node-red in the forum you will find some entries with information regarding that. Using the tcp node is not that difficult, just have a look at the tcp-node in node-red. Cllimatix range has many communication options:KNX, KNX/IP, Bacnet/MSTP, Bacnet/IP, Modbus serial, Modbus TCP, JSON, rainbow, etc.... BTW: do you know climatix has a cloud solution too ? (www.climatixic.com) You can use cloud or cloud API or device API.... I don't really understand Desigo part of your question BR, Zoltan
