6RA70 drives - second drive does not reach 100% in torque

Hi there ,

I work for  a cable  Manufacturer. At  Winding and  twisting section of  the cable we have  two 6RA70 drives  which drives  two distincts  motors  each other.

a)the  first drive is in Speed Mode Master

b)the  second  drive is  in Torque Mode Mode

Without  Load  when we  start here  is  the reaction:

a) the  drive  in speed mode  reaach the  speed at  100% as  it  displays  on the drive

b)The  second drive  in Torque Mode  reach 75% as  it  displays on the drive.

As  the  second  drive  does  not reach 100% in torque  the  winding  system does  not  work at  all.

We  compare  the  parameters  with another  section winding  and  they are  the  same  .
