All LED's on CPU are blinking and lost communication with all connected devices

we are using CPU 6ES7 414-3XJ04-0AB0 ( Firmware Ver. 4.1.0) and it is working fine for the last 8-years. Recently we have observed the problem that all LED's on CPU are blinking and lost communication with all connected devices. If we stop the power supply module and restart again after few seconds, then it is working ok and after few hours (some time) same thing is happening( i.e. All LED's Blinking), some times it works for 3 to 4 days and then happening the same. So we replaced with new CPU module( 6ES7 414-3XJ04-0AB0) and now it is working fine for the last 4- months. can anybody suggest what will be the problem with old-CPU-Module. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
