Now I understand the problem, this comes to the wrong recipes, we have a new employee that hes responsible to create the recipes to the procces. Answering you question, Can you increase the weighing range in DR3? Not, If I increase the capacity of the scale by increasing the load cells. What values should I change in SIWATOL? For a calibration, you have to do: 1. go online with Siwatool 2. receive all data 3. follow the instructions of the chapter 6 of the attached file.
