Tare/Zeroing via ModbusTCP

Hello Cadej_Chudej,

To tare/zero the WP251, you have to do:

1.
Set at your function „MB_CLIENT“ (in your FC1, network 2) the parameter „MB_MODE“ to „1“
(1 = write (you want to write a command to the WP251) )

2.
Set at your function „MB_CLIENT“ the parameter „MB_DATA_ADDR“ to „40920“
(40920 = for commands)

3.
Set at your function „MB_CLIENT“ the parameter „MB_DATA_LEN“ to „2“
(2 = two words for a command)

4.
Set at your function „MB_CLIENT“ the parameter „MB_DATA_PTR“ to:
- the first word = command-code, e.g. tare = 1011 / zero = 1001
- the second word = trigger-bit, set this word to „1“

5.
Set at your function „MB_CLIENT“ the parameter „REQ“

Is the HW-identifier of your IE-interface correct?
You have the value „64“ at the address „DB_Siwarex_IP.Siwarex_R1_1.InterfaceId“.
Is „64“ your Ethernet-port at the PLC to communicate with the WP251?

You have the value „3“ at the address „DB_Siwarex_IP.Siwarex_R1_1.ID“.
I have an example project (which is working), and in my example project the value is „2“.

Which Ethernet-address has your WP251 module:
Is it really 192.168.10.50?

I don’t find an issue in your program.

Anyway, I tested my WP251 with a S7-1511 PLC.
Attached you can find my TIA Portal project. This project works:
I can send commands to my WP251 module.

I used a watch-table to send commands to the WP251, see also the attached png-file (with the command "1011").
