For each cam output you must define a TO output cam in Simotion. This TO output cam must be enabled and configured with the switching information in the user program (by the command: _enableoutputcam). “The testing result is second cam out is delayed compare with the FM 352-5.” à How does the comparison take place? a) The output cam calculations are performed in the execution cycle (IPO or IPO2 cycle clock or in the position control cycle clock). b) An output accuracy less than the position control cycle clock may be achieved if the high-speed output cam is specified during configuration. The TM15 and TM17 High Feature terminal modules can be used to set up high-speed output cams within the SIMOTION Motion Control system. Output cams on the TM15 operate with DRIVE-CLiQ cycle-clock resolution (typically 125 μs). Output cams on the TM17 High Feature have access to a resolution of 1 μs. “I don't know where I can put the program, background or IPO, the servo time is 3ms now.” à In the user program the cams must be only enabled (command: _enableoutputcam). It does no influence the cam accuracy where the enable command will be executed. I would call the command in the background task.
