Client with Wan network

Dear Every One,

I have connected my computer Server runtime Wincc Unified to Internet (wan network).

All Client in Local network (LAN) can be access to server and open Runtime screen by Web Brower.

When I use Clients by Wan network, they could connected to Server, but they couldn't open Runtime screen.

I opened 443, 8443 port in Model Internet

I Installed certificate for client (Certificate valid).

Please help me.

Hello, when you say the WAN clients can't open the runtime screen, what happens?  Does it display an error after timeout?  If yes, what is the error?

I guess you have already followed this FAQ.  If yes, then I think you should raise a support request, because this doesn't seem like normal behavior.  I'm not sure if it being WAN is a factor because I have also had this error over LAN.
