Hi Siwarexi, On WP321 don't have checkweigher as a function. On WP351 manual undersection 6.4.6 it mention about CW function. It's mentioned about static weighing where the belt stops, then do weighing and go. It is also mentioned can be used for dynamic checkweigher if not required Legal for Trade. I am still not clear which are the specific parameters to set for the check weighing application. After the trigger command it measures weight after stability is achieved. but how I can define a specific measuring range over the stable area. Below is just an example for understanding my concern. We have a 10kg product. Let's say there are a total 100 samples we get after trigger command which is samples taken from product entering to product leaving the belt. At around the 20th sample the product is fully on the weighing belt. At the 30th sample we get a stable signal until sample 40. and getting a reading 9.98kg there there might be some fluctuation and I see getting another stable range from sample 45 and getting weight 10kg so I see I am getting a more stable signal from sample 45 to sample 70. So I prefer to get a weight result from sample 50 to sample 60 , 10 samples. out from the stable range of 45th sample to 70th sample. to have a promising result for repeatability. As based on WP351 it will automatically take the weight as soon as it sees the stable signal rite. How I can control the measuring rage and define the number of samples for determining the weight result. On many common CW I see there is a setting for settling time to define the period until reaching stable range from the trigger command and measuring time to define the number of samples to capture the set number of stable weights and get the average of the samples to get the final result. But on WP351 I can't find this kind of setting in the manual. So can you clarify if WP351 can actually do the job of dynamic check weighing. Regards, Subin Sam Mathew
