I have write following program to read out the data of the technologic module 6ES7-138-4DA04-0AB0.

NW1

The module is confgured in HW config as meusurement module " 6ES7 138-4DA04-0AB0 M "
My device sent a variable frequency to the siemens module between 27-379 Hz, i needed to convert the data stored in DB101.DBD12 to the according frequency as the data is written to a double word i (don't think) i can use the scale function FC105 ...

for sure you can. But I think what you get in the PIW is already the frequency, isn´t it?

Maybe there is an option in the parameters. Have you seen the manual?

Unfortunately not, the data doesn't matched the output frequency of the device. I already check the manual but its says nothing about the output data or i must have missed it.

How are the settings and parameters in the HW-Config?

Did you choose the right module in HW-Config? It should have the ending "M": 

6ES7 138-4DA04-0AB0 M

what about the other settings, like resulution and Integration time?

Try to change those parameters and have a look what happens. this probably gives you more information about your messurement than we can give.

for Digital module 6ES7 138 4DA04 0AB0 M  what is input should i insert my signal in A or B or DI

can you please provide me the screen shot for HW confirguraion and drawing where to connect the signal

Sorry for the late reply, you have to use the A input for frequency measurement. Do you need any other information ? Please let me know.
