109475508 TCP File Server error

I have (with some success) used SIEMENS TCP File Server (v 2.0) to write log files from PLC S7-1214C to Windows PC instead of PLC MC.

The log files are of two types:
- A daily log with parameters of the runs setup
- Run logs with measurements (every 10 sec)

However, errors occur when initializing the communication:

1. At first connection after program load, the deafult File name is used instead of the supplied name. Presumably because no client table has been created yet.
But the File name supplied should be used!

2. Connection is governed by the "enable" bit.
After disable/enable, the first file write is sent to directory C:\Windows\System32 instead of the supplied directory C:\Comfil\Logs, where the Server program is located. WHY?
Of course the write  to a system path is denied.
Subsequent File name selections and file writes are handled correctly.
