Siemens Install Assist close after initialization (TIA portal V15.1 UPD 1)

Hi, I have TIA portal 15.1 update 1 and Windows 10, 

I wanted to reinstall TIA portal or uninstall it because after installation update 1, it started crash every time i select Go Online, or Online Access. 

I cant uninstall because Siemens Install Assist is turning off after initialization. 

The attached window is the last i see after clicking Start.exe

Reboot. No success.

Deleting C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Siemens\Automation\Siemens Installer Assistant folder. No success

Once you uninstall TIA Portal V15.1 Update 1, you have to install TIA Portal V15.1, then apply the update.

Be sure and install all TIA Portal using "run as administrator" rather than just double-clicking to launch the setup.

 I had the same issue.

The real problem is that the Install Assist, which is in charge of Install, Repair, Uninstall and/or Update TIA Portal, just closes after initialization reaches 100% without any message. So any attemp to uninstall, repair or updated will fail. Even with "Run as Administratator" to try to uninstall  ends with Install Assist closing without any promt.

Due to this, there is no way to "Uninstall" and "Reinstall". 

The only thing I could do was to factory reset my computer and reinstall everything again.

What is the solution for this problem?

The only thing I could do was to Factory Reset my computer and reinstall TIA Portal.

Before that, any atemp to update, uninstall, repair or reinstall TIA Portal just failed.
