TP700 comfort communicate in profibus with s7 400H cpu

Dear friends,

I have one TP700 comfort HMI(6AVV2 124-0GC01-0AB0) and i want to

communicate in profibus with S7 400 cpu.The profibus cable connected to HMI from aY-link as it is communicate with redundant cpu.I have already done the following steps....

1.  I have insert new connection for rack0 and put the cpu profibus address,rack0,slot3.And also same for rack1 cpu in TIa portal v13.

2.   I have add a proxyy plc and configure all the setting through proxy plc but no result found.

3.   Again gsd file add in hardware configuration then it was online in h/w configuration,but hmi not communicate with plc.i.e no vale showing in HMI.

So any help regarding this problem,or any project backup having same configuration kindly send me.

But i have tried  to communicate with stand alone s7 400 cpu,and it was easily communicate,

I have just insert a connection and put cpu profibus address rack0,slot3.Then hmi satrs communicating.But in Y-link it was not communicating.

The solution involving a Y-link will be almost impossible to make work. The settings for Profibus on an operator panel make it a Profibus Master Class 2, whereas a Y-Link is designed to link single-interface Profibus slaves to a S7-400H. This is inconsistent.

The solutions are similar, the one that comes closest to your own design involves dual repeaters.

The second link adds a software solution involving dynamic connections of a panel to the redundant CPUs. If your panel supports scripting you should examine it attentively, it might be interesting for you.
