I have a CPU 1212F v15.1 with safety program, I am getting an error "the consistent fail-safe upload is not enabled for this online device. either the online device doesn't support fail-safe upload or the appropriate setting in the safety administration editor is not active and downloaded"

What I am missing or is not possible?

Dear OscarOlivasRosas,

the setting "the consistent fail-safe upload" is only possible for CPU-1500 with firmare V2.1 or newer..

This parameter has to be set *before* the initial download to the CPU. IF the program on the cpu was downloaded without this setting, an upload is not possible.

For CPU-1200, this option is not available at all, means, an upload of safety program from a CPU-1200 is not possible in general.
