Hi windfong, Here are a few points to keep in mind: - On the HMI panel: Check that the transfer mode is set to automatic (if it is set to manual, you must put the panel in transfer mode when charging). Check the transfer protocol of the panel (I recommend ethernet, since it is less restrictive than PN). - On the engineering PC: Check the settings of the PG/PC interface. Select your network card with TCPIP protocol.1. In the advanced load menu select the same protocol that you chose in the panel (Ethernet or PN). It is also convenient to disable any antivirus and firewall on the PC, to prevent them from blocking the connection. Additionally, in the FAQ Why can you not transfer the HMI configuration to the panel?, there are a series of points to verify problems in communication with a panel. I recommend you review each of them to rule out an incorrect configuration of the screen or Windows. Lastly, I strongly recommend making a direct connection to the panel, avoiding routers and similar network devices between the engineering PC and the display. In this way, it is ruled out that intermediate elements interfere in the communication. |
A rating will be well appreciated. |

Hello windfong sometimes there are errors if the Imae Version of the Panel is not equal (normaly this should work but sometimes...) So check the Image Version of the Panel and the Image Version of the Panel you can set up in TIA Portal. If nothing works then you can also use the offline Transfer for the first load: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109740696 Bye Murof |
