IOT2050 STAT LED Not Show Red/Green light.

Hi. I received new IOT2050 Advanced (6ES7647-0BA00-1YA2) FS:02 FW:V01.00.00

and I can't connect and Ping with IOT 2050

1.Format SD Card(FAT32).

2.Download Image files to SD card  "IOT2050_Example_Image_V1.1.1.img."

3.Load SD card to Device.

4.On Power Supply 24VDC .

STAT LED Show green light only 15s and it off(NOT Show Green/Red).

If someone know about this status Please recommend.

Can we Start on Step " Use of the UART cable " For Boot the device Right ?

Hi, 

on the IOT2050 Advanced with FS:02 the Industrial OS is pre-installed. 

The device boots from the internal eMMc with Industrial OS automatically, the SD card is not considered by default.

Btw: How do you know the firmware when you don't have access? Or are you using a UART cable? In this case you can change the boot order without following the whole installation process of IndOS.

As you recommend on Chapter 3.2  need to install Software from Service Stick.

How I can download Service Stick ?
