User Data Failure of Hardware Component

The CPU sometimes has the alarm: "User Data Failure of Hardware Component" followed by another alarm "Hardware Component Removed or Missing".

There are some modules (for example 6ES7532-5HF00-0AB0) it might be possible that systems running in 24/7 mode a highlyspradic reset may happen. Systems with frequent power off / on cycles (e. g.daily or weekly) are not affected by this behavior. From the functional state FS 04 of the module (6ES7 532-5HF00-0AB0) this behaviour no longer occurs. And it is usually recommended to replace the module.

I don't know if this it can beyour case.

With a centralized configuration of the IO-modules, a CPU stop is the defined system behavior when a module fails, or a fault is detected on the central backplane bus. This behavior has been implemented intentionally in the S7-1500 system to prevent the CPU from further processing of undefined values.

Do you have any peripherals, such as the ET200MP?

I don't have peripherals.

The system is working 24/7.

In my case it happen also if I do a restart. Sometimes after some minutes a power off / on.

That solution was previously provided.  Replace the module with a new one where this random problem has been fixed in hardware.

In the meantime, contact Siemens using "Support Request" link above these forums and explain the problem.  Remember to attach the diagnostics export as part of that request.

They may have other options available to you.

We have this problem in more PLC that are similar. We have loaded the diagnostic file relative to one Plc. Therefore how is it possible that the same problem happen on three different racks?
But if you are sure the problem is an hardware problem then we investigate in a better way.
We are going to open a support request to Siemens.
