2AO ET200s card reduced output range

AutoGen_7605064 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I have an ET 200S distributed I/O 2AO U ST on a rack with an IM151-3 PN as an I/O device with a CPU317 2DP and CP343-1. I am able to get the AO card to output a voltage but it is limited to the following small range; 32767 = 46mV 27648 = 40mV 0 = 0mV In the HW config the card is set to output +/- 10v. Any help would be much appreciated? Thank you

AutoGen_7605064 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Yes, I have shorted the Q+ and S+ (1,3) and Mana and S- (3,4). I have now also connected a load terminals 1 and 3, but the problem still exists.
