ERROR TRANFER PROGRAM TO TP1500 COMFORT

hello everyone, I come here to ask for your help: I have a new TP1500 Comfort display reference 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX0, I want to transfer an old program from the same TP1500 comfort display into the new one, because on the screen on the old one there is a big black spot which blocks certain things on the screen.

the old program was edited with TIA V13 SP1, so I manage to make the online connection with the display and when I start transferring the program to the display, I am asked for adaptation, I I checked the box then loaded but I receive the following errors: Error loading and connection interrupted. I really need your help to understand what is happening and solve the problem.

I noticed that the old display is a TP500 comfort 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX0, but the new one I have is a TP1500 comfort 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX2.

I do not have this new reference TP1500 comfort 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX2 in TIA 13 SP1, 14 SP1, 15.1, 16 and 17, but I rather have the reference TP1500 comfort 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX1 from V14 SP1 .

I need help to get the TP1500 comfort 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX2 support package for one of the following TIA versions: TIA 13 SP1 or 14 SP1 or 15.1 or 16 or 17

2-Now another problem is that I am trying to convert the edit project under V13 sp1 with the TP500 comfort display 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX0 in order to change the reference 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX0 by 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX1 then transfer the entire program to the physical display TP1500 comfort 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX2 that I have but I am having problems with the update.

I used TIA V14 SP1 and got the following error: 0100:000500

I also tried with used TIA V15.1 and got the following error: 0080:000041

I would like to inform you that I was able to resolve the issue thanks to your assistance. I was unable to save the source program from the old display, which generated an error when trying to convert to TIA v14.

To remedy this, I archived the program, then unarchived and edited it without encountering any errors. Then I carried out the conversion with TIA V14 SP1 and changed the reference of the TP500 comfort from 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX0 to 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX1. Finally, I managed to transfer the program to the new TP1500 comfort display reference 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX2.
