3RW44 - Problem in Profibus Communication

Dear Colleagues,

We are using the 3RW44 with the 3RW4900-0KC00. We establish the communication but after some seconds the network stops and appears the symbol "?" in 3RW44 HMI.

We have other system working well with the same configuration. We tried to change the profibus card, the cables but the problem persists.

In my opinion the problem is in 3RW44, Am I correct?

Could you maybe provide some more details about your used configuration beside the 3RW44?

Which diagnosis/status does SIRIUS 'Soft Starter ES' ( Soft Starter ES 2007 Service Pack 6 ) show for 3RW4900-0KC00 when connecting to the 3RW44 directly?

In which kind of application/context is the question mark '?' shown?

Are there any diagnostic buffer entries of DP master / CPU related to the 3RK44 when the issue happens?

Which (PROFIBUS) diagnostic information does STEP7 HWConfig show?
