6RA8018-6FV62 DRIVE TUNING FOR 220V MOTOR

We need to tune 6RA80 Drive for 3 KW DC motor , Maximum arm voltage is 220V

Drive Details : 6RA8018-6fv62-0aa0, rated voltage of drive

Motor Details :

Rating : 3KW,

Speed : 400/2000 rpm,

Rated Arm Voltage : 220V

Rated Arm Current 3.5/18A

Rated Field Current: 2.38A at 175 Volt, 400 rpm

Minimum filed  0.23A at 18V, 2000 Rpm

Encoder details are as given below.

POG86E TN1 DN 1024 I, supply : 9 to 30 v dc

we given 400 V as supply to motor, speed tuning not completing.

Armature tuning completed, but while checking base speed of the drive delivering 80volt maximum at speed reference 100% speed refence.

As per our local agency support, they suggested to give 220V , 3Phase as incoming supply to drive then tuning part will complete properly.

Please confirm is it necessary to do it or any other option required.
