6sn1121-0ba11-0aa1 parameter list

Good afternoon forum

After looking in a couple of places I couldn't find the right parameter list for my 6sn1121-0ba11-0aa1 simodrive 611 controller

I need to swap one for a new one but I need the parameters to do that, does anyone have the parameter list?

Does your analoge control card version is 3.0+? Please check.

Please refer SIMODRIVE 611 analog, Start–up Software for Main Spindle and Induction Motor Modules Version 3.20  manual. It will help you to know the parameters & its set up on line procedure .

Please refer SIMODRIVE 611 analog, Transistor PWM Inverters for AC Feed Drives and AC Main Spindle Drives  manual chapter Main Spindle Module HS. It will help you start up & spindle drive commissioning & 6.6 setting & monitoring data parameter information (page 243).

Is it Siemens asynchronous motor or third party motor? Have you tried by replacing power/LT module?

Please refer attached sheet, which states - control card FW version (P099) from 3.0 automatically recognises power module & in such case it is not possible to modify P095.

During intialization control card recognises power module.

Have you carried out intilaization? Set p051 = 4H, set P097 = 0H. Then Set P052 = 1H. This will set the intialized parameters in FEPROM. Wait until P052 becomes 0H. Then switch OFF power of drive converter, display will be dark, again switch ON power of drive converter, check p095 code, it must be 10 in your case for 200 A capacity power module, in case of Siemens motor enter motor code number, in p098 enter encoder ppr & set p097 = 1H, SET UP will be displayed.

If non Siemens motor is used, set p051 = 10H, enter correct values in p159 to p176, set p177 = 1H, this will calculate motor data, wait until p177 becomes 0H, set p051 = 4H, set p052 = 1H, wait until p052 becomes 0 so that motor data will be saved in FEPROM.
