7SJ85 Relay not pinging and not communicating with Sicam PAS

Hello everyone;

We have an issue concerning a overcurrent relay 7SJ85 not pinging and we can't get an online access to it by Digsi5 we tried the following:

-Made sure that there is no other relay with the same IP

-checked the fiber cable doing the light test all good

-we uploaded configuration from the non working relay to a diffrent relay and it worked

-and did vice versa and not worked

- we even changed the communication card that has fiber optic ports with a working relay and still did not work

-there is no channel 1 or channel 2 fail when we plug the cable 

-the online dignosis file still does not show anything regarding this issue

we would really appreciate you help it is really urgent,
