802D w. Simodrive 611: alarm on X

Error 607, Contouring error, etc. Anyone got any ideas? Sometimes servo sounds funny too, like when encoder is bad. Restart of machine solves all problems. Only happens on rapids it seems. Quite near the values on Y axis. We checked cable and re-soldered it to be sure, no difference. it still runs for 5-40mins then fails with X contouring or 607 error. I need some advice please

Tried to re-arrange my axis so that X and Y ended up where spindle and Z is, but I got error 39 on that.

HW issue is easy to test with replacement --other ways are available but Not good for your situation Replace drive must using the same size (same part#) . Error 39 is possible your insert 611U control card into different drive box. AutoGen_6972466 Yeah it might be that, but I want to be sure since its quite expensive. Is there a way I can check that ?
