840D_SL, NCU can not identify the ACTIVE LINE MODULE?

One more question to Your hardware configuration: Do You use: - a pre-opening contact at the main switch? - a contactor to separate the ALM from power? - did You include the pre-opening contact in EP-circuit? ==> the pre-open contact is mandatory, otherwise a decontacting the power supply from an operating ALM can kill the module(s)!

Please check the parameter arraysr0945 and r2122 in the ALM to find anyadditionalinformation. Verify the content of r0046: only Bit17 active? Check the pre-opening contact in EP-circuit and install it when not attached yet. proceed a new commissioning before replace the hardware.

Jackie114 Posts: 71 Rating: (0)	Hi, my friend, thanks for your time. We use SIEMENS 3VU1300-1MM00 as main power switch to control 400Vac and EP 24Vdc. It means we give 400V to ALM and 24V to EP at same time. Thanks a lot.

CNC600 Silver Member Joined: 10/27/2009 Last visit: 3/15/2024 Posts: 455 Rating: (77)	I do not have access now to the specificatión of 3VU1300-1MM00. Make sure the attached contact in Your configuration is pre-opening! Please check Chapter 3.2 in this document GH2 . Otherwise a VSM is needed.
