840dsl with Sinamics DCM --- problem

Hello,

We have old turning machine and we change all Sinumerik
system. We will use Sinumerik 840dsl, and  S120
regulators for X and Z axe. For spindle we will use 
SINAMICS DCM (6RA8075-6DV62-0AA0) and ADI4. I read all 
documents abaout DCM and ADI4 and i still have a problems.
For comunication with ADI4 we use PROFIBUS and with DCM
converter we use I/O interface. So can you help me 
resolve this problem, and give me some advice how to 
configurate spindl axis. In my PLC configuration its 
no problems abaout HARDWARE configuration. If I check 
in VAT table I see that I get something from encoder,
if i turn spindl with hands. I dont know how to 
configurate DCM and MD that i will can operating 
SPINDL from NUMERICA.

Please follow this link, Chapter S1 will guide you to set necessary MD to configure spindle in CNC system.

To commissioning 6RA80 DCM please refer this link. You need to interface CNC inputs by hard wiring with DCM so as to interface I/O.
