A083 and 009 displayed intermittent ( displayed change on both in a regular period)

simatix Experienced Member Joined: 7/8/2008 Last visit: 10/20/2024 Posts: 51 Rating: (0)	Dear All forum participants, i have a 3 units of simovert master drives ( forgot the order number). they all are connected as profibus slave of CPU 315-2pn/dp and already run successfully before. few days ago, the system suddenly stopped. And up to now, the simovert only displaying A083 and 009 changed in a regular time period. the simovert BOP still the displaying the same error even we have removed the profibus connector from them. The CBP LED blinking normally (red orange and green LED blinking together on a regular time period ) i have check the wiring, there are no changes. have you ever seen this problem before?

Hi, it is surprising that the CBP (or CBP2) Green LED is still flashing along with the Amber and Red. This "generally" means that cyclic data is being transceived. The manual for the CBP states that if A083 is displayed, then Control Word 1 is 0 (i.e. no bits are set at all. Is your PLC's method of data transfer standard, i.e. by telegram, or is your system using PKW transfer? Can you tell me what the following parameters are on the drives PMU keypad. P053 = P695 = (I would assume a 0 here, otherwise the drive should fault with F082) r550 = (You may need to take a photo of this, or a screenshot from Drivemonitor) Also, what does the view look like from the online Simatic hardware manager, are there any errors showing there?
