Address of Motor

Hi~

I get sample motor program. But there are some quastions.

1. In I/O address, what should i set address? Drive_1(Motor) Or Control_Unit(Inverter)?

   I Think Drive_1, But I Don't Know why....

2. There are fatal error, Is this error occured because of "#Read Inveter?"

   In SFC 14,  I think "#Read Inveter" should be "312". But it is "0'....

3. In Question 2, SFC14 if correct system function? This program was 315-2DP's Program. I changerd CPU,315-2F PN/DP.

1.) the adress of Drive_1 is the right, or would you sen the data to the control unit?
Drive_1 is the communication part for your motor control.

2.) Which fatal error?
#ReadInverter is the output parameter of SFC14, is the returncode for the SCF Execution, 0 means no_error.

In Q2... Not fatal error, Fault Warning... Sorry.

I wonder why Fault Warning is activated... What  component causes Fault Warning...?

And, In your answer,  "send to data to control_unit" means download in STARER?

 check the symbol and the adress from this "Warning" it looks like a tmp variable with adress 2, which data is this exactly? i looks that this is not a signal from the drive!

No with send to controlunit i mean that if you use the adress 256 insteed of 310 then the data will send to CU not to drive.

which configuration you have exactly.

From the screens i se a PLC with Ethernet and the S110 with ethernet, so why use MPI?
Use a direct connection between PC and PLC/S110 with Ethernet ist the best and easy way.

Which PLC you have? Does this PLC support Routing ?

MPI -> Ethernet is not possible, only PROFIBUS -> Ethernet!

To the Questions:

Pic Change5.jpg ObjectAdress = Internal adress of Starter for the object

AccessPoint -> that is the SW-Interface with which the Application (STARTER/STep7) try to open a online Connection to the devices

Settings:

Connect the PC directly to the PN Interface of the S110 with Ethernet Cable.
Set the Accespoint = Device and select the connecte Networkcard of the PC .

In Starter configure the S110 with "Local" (not Routing)!

why you try to assign a IP or Name?
In the picture photo1.jpg you see all devices have a valid IP and Name, so why change it?

In this picture you see the IM, the PLC and the S110, so there is no reason to change anything.

Now you can go online and work.

Yes because starter only know the SINAMICS drive types, not PLC Types no ET200 Types

Only the drives are identified in STARTER and displayed with all informations.

102 is ok ist a siemens standard telegram
