adjustable temperature controller

Thanks a lot that is something i can build on.

I have been using the siemens logo for a couple of years only i have little experience with the mathematic instructions so any input is much appreciated

point 4-5 i will try to explain.

If the temperature rises on the temperature probe 0.2 degrees above the set point

cooling signal is switched on.

if the temperature then drops 0.5 degrees (differential) cooling will be switched off.

this is to prevent constant switching between on and off the cooling signal

setpoint 20 C° for example

temperature 20.2C° or higher cooling on

temperature 19,7C° cooling off

temperature 15 C° or less heating on

temperature 16 C° heating off

i am using a 12/24 RCE logo. so this fits with your last program.

Can i ask for another advice? 

in the same program i am trying to add a analog output 0-10V

with a AM2 AQ

struggling to make it work on the temperature / set point.

if temperature is 2 degree below set point or lower output 7 V

if temperature on set point  or higher output 10v

and in this 2 degree a linear increase from 7-10V

Hi,

something is not working correctly in the program.

at setpoint 20 the output voltage is fine.

at a different setpoint the voltage is not calculated correctly.

been messing with it for a while but i cannot put my finger on it . do not have enough experience with the analog/ mathematics instructions.

If you now what it is put in a small explanation if you have the time. try to learn from it all.
